Enterprise fleets are making a clear move toward dual-facing AI dash cams — not just to record what happens on the road, but to understand why it happens. By capturing both the driver and the road, these systems give safety leaders the full story behind every event. That visibility is helping businesses improve coaching, reduce claims, and strengthen driver trust at scale.
In the webinar Saving Lives with Smarter Tech, FusionSite Services and Agmark Logistics shared why they chose dual-facing AI dash cams and how the technology reshaped their safety programs.

For FusionSite Services, investing in dual-facing dash cams was about gaining visibility into driver behavior.
“When we signed on with Motive, there were 18 distinct behaviors that allowed us to start evaluating, measuring, and benchmarking drivers,” said Ryan Ennis, CIO of FusionSite Services.
For Agmark Logistics, the shift to dual-facing dash cams was equally defining.
“When we were first looking at dash cameras, AI was still fairly young,” said Chris Jaffe, senior vice president of technology. “We put trials in of several different dash cameras, and the AI stood out as the differentiating factor. When we were running dash cams side by side, the level of feedback, the accuracy of the results was fantastic.”
Why dual-facing is now the enterprise standard
For large fleets, safety technology has to serve two priorities: protecting people and protecting business operations. Dual-facing AI dash cams meet both by capturing the complete context around every event — without adding friction for drivers.
A recent Motive study of 60 active fleets and 40,000 drivers reinforces this reality. In the study, organizations using dual-facing dash cams actually retained 3% more drivers after 75 weeks than those using road-facing dash cams.
“The proof is in the pudding,” Jaffe said. “We were using a different dual-facing camera, and when we decided to switch to Motive, we put them side by side. The difference was obvious — and since then, our Safety Scores have climbed to 97%, with almost half of our drivers having a perfect score of 100.”
Dual-facing AI: the complete picture
For today’s enterprise fleets, dual-facing AI dash cams aren’t just an option — they’re the cornerstone of modern fleet safety programs. By showing what happens on both sides of the windshield, fleets can prevent incidents, protect drivers, and measure results with data everyone trusts.
The leaders behind FusionSite Services and Agmark Logistics share exactly how they validated AI performance and reduced risk across their operations.
