How will the AI Omnicam camera power AI Vision?
The AI Omnicam, a camera that can go anywhere and see just about anything, will be at the heart of the AI Vision platform. The camera has an Ambarella AI processor allowing it to run computer vision models on the edge. Advanced AI will be able to detect specific objects or activities critical to your business’s operations. Data is then analyzed in real time to provide tailored operational and safety insights. Anything you can see, we can train the camera to perceive.
What types of events will trigger video recordings?
Recordings will be triggered by unsafe worksite behaviors such as workers not wearing PPE or following proper safety protocols. Other triggers will include unauthorized access to cargo and improper load securement. This list will grow as we continue to train new AI detection models.
Do I need a mobile DVR system with AI Omnicam?
No, you do not need any DVR. AI Omnicam has built-in LTE connectivity to directly communicate with the Motive cloud network. The only wired connection AI Omnicam needs for power is either 12V or 24V power source.
