I have a pre-existing direct discount with a fuel merchant. Will you honor that?
Yes! If you have a direct discount with a fuel merchant, you can most likely integrate it into Motive Card while still benefiting from Motive’s fleet spend management tools and security features.
When do I get the rebates?
Rebates are applied after the transaction posts. This means you’ll see the discounted amount reflected once the charge is processed, rather than at the pump.
Are Love’s points passed along to the driver?
Yes. Drivers should enter their loyalty number before fueling to make sure they receive their Love’s rewards points in addition to Motive Card discounts.
Can I use Motive Card if I already use Mudflap?
Yes, but Motive Card does not provide an additional discount on top of Mudflap’s existing discount.
