1. Eligibility

To qualify for the Offer, customers must meet the following criteria:

• Be a new customer or an expansion customer upgrading their existing Motive services.
• New customers must have active Motive Fleet Management and Motive Card within 90 days of one another for additional incentive.
• Maintain an active Motive Fleet Management account for continued rebate eligibility.
• Eligibility for this promotional offer is expressly contingent upon the enrollment of a minimum of ten (10) or more vehicles by a qualified customer in an eligible program or service.

2. Offer Details

2.1 Cash-Back Rebates

Customers receive a guaranteed percentage cash-back on qualifying purchases. New customers receive an increased first-year rebate, after which a lower, permanent rebate applies. The rebate “clock” starts at the first Motive Card transaction, provided both Fleet Management and Motive Card accounts are active within the 90-day window for the new customer rebate. Customers must maintain an active Motive Fleet Management subscription to continue receiving rebates.

2.2 Additional Incentive

Customers who subscribe to both Motive Fleet Management and are approved for Motive Card within 90 days of one another receive an additional percentage back on their first-year spend.

3. Billing and Payment Terms

The Offer is preapproved for Motive’s standard billing arrangements, subject to credit approval. Longer billing cycles will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

4. Offer Customization

Customers who submit a transaction file may be eligible for a customized offer that replaces the standard Offer, subject to Motive’s review.

5. Restrictions and Limitations

Customers must remain active Motive Fleet Management subscribers to continue receiving the Cashback Bundle discount. The Offer does not stack with the discontinued Fleet Bundle but may stack with partner discounts where applicable. The Offer does not apply to direct discount custom priced Motive Card agreements.

Motive reserves the right to discontinue, modify, or revoke the Offer at any time, with or without notice.

6. Compliance and Amendments

Motive reserves the right to review transactions to ensure compliance with Offer terms. Customers attempting to exploit or manipulate the Offer terms will be disqualified from participation. These terms may be updated or amended at any time by Motive. Customers will be notified of material changes where applicable.
