Motive Live Streaming Terms and Conditions

Additional Terms for Live Streaming:

If Customer’s dashcam subscription package includes Live Streaming Service, the following terms and conditions apply:

Data Allotment:

Customer will have a monthly free allotment of live video streaming per dashcam unit (a “Monthly Live Streaming Allotment”) as further specified here. Such Monthly Live Streaming Allotment is subject to change or modification by Motive. If Customer wishes to increase its Monthly Live Streaming Allotment, Customer may contact its sales or support representative by following these steps. Any Monthly Live Streaming Allotment purchased will be pooled across all dashcam units on Customer’s account. There is no “roll over” for unused Live Streaming. In the event that Customer’s data usage goes over its Live Streaming allotment, or Customer uses Live Streaming in violation of the Terms of Service or the Acceptable Use Policy, Motive may reduce connection speeds, restrict or block Customer’s connections, or take other measures to curtail Customer’s over-usage or misuse. Motive reserves the right to charge Customer for any overage fees.
