Now, that same visibility is available on the go. With the updated Fleet App, dispatchers can watch live or recorded camera footage directly from their mobile devices, giving them real-time insights, anytime and anywhere.
Smarter map views with weather and traffic layers
Fleet managers can now apply weather and traffic layers within the Fleet App, helping them anticipate road conditions and make faster decisions. Whether rerouting drivers or planning for delays, this added context empowers managers to act before minor issues escalate into bigger problems.
Faster help with in-app chat support
When time is critical, getting help fast matters. The Fleet App now includes chat functionality for quick access to Motive support, reducing wait times and streamlining issue resolution — without needing to leave the app.
Better Driver App experiences that reduce admin work
We’ve also enhanced the Driver App to simplify daily workflows and reduce administrative overhead:
- Faster vehicle connection: It’s now easier for drivers to find and connect to the right vehicle, saving time at the start of a shift.
Simplified unidentified trip management: With expanded Driver Walkthroughs, drivers are now prompted to review and accept trips matched to their profile, reducing back-and-forth with the office and making it easier for safety managers to resolve trips quickly and stay in compliance.
Streamlined integrations for time savings on the road
Many Motive customers use our integrations to optimize performance. For example, Drivewyze enables drivers to bypass weigh station stops. Now, with single sign-on (SSO), drivers can access Drivewyze even faster, reducing login time and helping them stay focused on the road ahead.
