Meet Holly and Joe Mrazik.

Holly and Joe are Landstar drivers who have been a team on the road for 15 years. But they’ve been a team in life for a lot longer than that. The married couple of 43 years loves traveling the country side-by-side. The Motive ELD helps make their travels smoother.

We talked to Holly while Joe was behind the wheel. Here’s what she had to say.

Joe and I have been driving together for all 15 years that we’ve been drivers. We’ve gotten to see the entire country together, and we get to see working America, a side of the country many don’t get to see the way we do.

While taking in American life on the road, the drive doesn’t always go as expected. This can be particularly frustrating when an issue arises due to poorly functioning technology.

We had an Omnitrac MCP50 that was incredibly slow and constantly losing service. We talked to other drivers who used Motive. They talked about being able to use the app on their tablet and recommended that we try it. So we did.

We asked Holly what they think of the Motive ELD.

It’s just so much faster and simpler than our old ELD. It was easy to install. We did it ourselves. We didn’t have to go to a service shop to get it working.

The best thing about it has been the great support. We were so used to being put on hold for 30 to 40 minutes when trying to get support in the past. So we were amazed by how quickly we got to talk to a person who actually knew what they were talking about. We love the customer support.

Holly and Joe are now able to drive confidently without giving a second thought to their ELD. They can avoid violations or frustrations, focus on making on-time deliveries, and enjoy the journey along the way.
