Motive Card Fee Schedule
This document outlines the fees associated with your corporate charge card account. Please review this information carefully.

Account Fees

Late Payment Fee Details
| Unpaid Invoice Amount | Late Fee |
| Greater than $800.00 | 5% of unpaid invoice amount |
| $120.00 to $799.99 | $40.00 (flat fee) |
| Less than $120.00 | 35% of unpaid invoice amount |
Examples of Late Fee Calculation:
- Example 1: If the unpaid invoice balance is $1,000.00, the late fee will be $50.00 (1,000.00 × 0.05 = $50.00).
- Example 2: If the unpaid invoice balance is $500.00, the late fee will be $40.00 (flat fee applies for balances between $120.00 and $800.00).
- Example 3: If the unpaid invoice balance is $80.00, the late fee will be $28.00 (80.00 × 0.35 = $28.00).
Responsibility for Payment
It is the cardholder’s responsibility to ensure that all invoices are paid in full and on time to avoid incurring late payment fees.
*Active users are users with cards that are activated and assigned at any time during the month. The monthly fee will also apply to a card that was activated and assigned, but deactivated during the respective month.
Note: Motive may, in its sole discretion, modify existing fees or introduce additional fees from time to time, including but not limited to foreign exchange (FX) adjustments and expedited card shipping fees. Motive will provide at least thirty (30) days’ prior written notice of any such changes. Continued use of the Motive Card following the effective date of any fee change constitutes acceptance of the updated fees.
