Tell us about your role at Motive

I manage the Enterprise Sales Engineering team, which means I get to bridge the gap between technology and strategy. Every day, we’re helping customers understand how Motive’s AI and hardware solutions can transform their operations — keeping drivers safe, productive, and supported.

The beauty of the role is that it’s not just about solving technical challenges. It’s about listening, learning, and creating value through meaningful conversations. When customers see how Motive’s platform directly impacts their people and performance, that’s when it all clicks.

What inspired you to join Motive?

I was looking for something very specific in my next chapter — a place that combined financial stability with a startup mindset. Motive struck that balance perfectly.

With our strategy to grow the enterprise segment, I saw an opportunity to make a real impact using my experience selling into strategic accounts. I wanted to be part of a company where my creativity and curiosity could drive immediate value, and Motive gave me exactly that.
