If you can see it, Motive can train an AI model to perceive it.
What types of events trigger video recordings?
Recordings can be triggered by a wide range of operational events, from waste overages and worksite safety violations to passenger safety incidents and infrastructure hazards, like potholes and vegetation overgrowth. This list will grow as we continue to train new AI detection models.
How does Waste Overage Detection work?
Waste Overage Detection uses computer vision to automatically identify overfilled containers at the point of pickup, day or night, rain or shine, without any manual input from your driver. When Motive detects an overage, it classifies the issue by severity (low, medium, or high) and generates an event with visual proof. This is ready to send directly to the customer for billing, upsells, or service adjustments.
This AI model is currently available on the Motive AI Dashcam Plus for commercial front loaders.
How does Service Verification work?
Service Verification uses the Motive AI Dashcam Plus and AI Omnicam to automatically capture timestamped media with GPS location at every service event. To resolve a dispute, simply search an address and a date in the Motive Dashboard to instantly pull up a visual record of what happened, no manual video recall required.
