Alright. Let’s get started.

So as you know, when we create a road map and invest in developing new products and features, we always have the needs of your business and your team members in mind.

Our mission is consistent, to empower the people who run physical operations with the tools to make their work safer, more productive, and more profitable.

Emotive is the only fully unified integrated operations platform that brings together driver safety, fleet management, equipment monitoring, maintenance, spend management, workforce management, and operations intelligence all in one seamless solution.

And our platform eliminates data silos and creates that single source of truth, which empowers you to operate more efficiently. And our goal really is to help simplify and streamline operations so you can focus on what matters most.

And as we think about our product road map, we’re focused on three high impact areas in 2026.

We’re investing in AI that will help improve safety, profitability, and product across our entire platform to help you save time and scale your labor effectively.

We’re also developing more integrated value with capabilities tied together from multiple product areas that enable new automations that weren’t possible before.

And finally, this is the yearly agent. We’re investing in ready to use and customizable agents that can carry out routine tasks for your business and vastly improve productivity so your team can focus on more strategic tasks.

Okay. So let’s dive into our first product area, I’m gonna pass it over to Todd to talk about driver safety.

Hey, Todd. You might be on mute.

Speaker 2
Thanks, Lynn. Can you hear me now?

Speaker 1
Yeah. I can hear you.

Speaker 2
Sorry about that, everybody. Had a little bit of technical difficulties.

I’ll now walk you through some of our latest driver safety features.

So real time visibility for faster response and decision making is crucial in your operations.

And we know in critical situations, time is paramount in quickly seeing your vehicle’s environment at any given moment. That’s why we brought live streaming to AI Omnicam.

Motive combines multicamera live check-in to live streaming with one click access to full live video in a single workflow.

It provides synchronized snapshots from all connected AI OmniCams as well as views from the AI dashcam for quick status checks. And drivers receive audio and visual notifications when streaming starts and ends.

With live check-in, you can instantly launch a live stream for any one camera in one consolidated view. This allows you to get a firm feel for what’s happening with your vehicle in a single view and then select the camera for a full frame live stream view.

And each AI Omnicam includes ten minutes a month shared across all the vehicles connected to AI Omnicams with option to purchase additional time if needed.

In summary, with live check-in and live streaming for AI Omnicam, you can assess vehicle surroundings at a glance, accelerate response and decision making when needed, and monitor monitor security threats and take action. This feature will be available by mid October, and you can navigate to your safety settings, camera section to enable, and experience.

Building on the theme of real time visibility and faster response, organizations struggle to enforce driver only policies that reduce safety and liability risk.

This is a known risk that is currently unmeasured and, at times, unenforceable. AI powered passenger detection for the AI dash cam plus solves this.

AI powered passenger detection introduces a new computer vision model that identifies when any additional person other than the primary driver is inside the vehicle while the vehicle’s in motion. This includes passengers in the front seat, rear seat, sleeper berth, or any visible cabin area. It provides real time alerts and post event visibility within the Motive dashboard and fleet app.

By default, an event triggers when the vehicle speed is more than five miles per hour for five seconds with an additional unauthorized person being visible for more than three seconds.

This is by default to avoid false positives during loading, inspections, or staging, and the drivers also receive in cab alerts. I do wanna mention that speeding and duration thresholds are configurable and can be enabled for the entire fleet or select vehicles and groups.

With AI powered passenger detection, it gives you real time visibility into unauthorized passenger presence, helps enforce no passenger policies with less manual review, and supports driver safety and helps reduce liability risk for territories with security threats. Now you are better equipped equipped to, enforce driver only policies with actual evidence via video clips, snapshots, and event metadata. This feature will be available by the end of October in the Motive dashboard in Fleet app. You can navigate to your safety, unsafe, behavior detection settings to configure.

When it comes to managing a fleet of scale and serving different customers in areas with specific video and privacy laws, there needs to be an easier way to automate compliance.

Geofence privacy and event suppression for the AI dashcam is an on the edge feature that is easily managed within our automations workflow.

This feature automatically turns the AI dashcam on or off based on geo Geofence location to prevent unnecessary alerts and protect privacy.

You can easily apply a created geofence to an automation that disables specific safety event detection within yards, job sites, and parking lots to avoid driver frustration from unnecessary alerts.

This can be applied to certain vehicles, groups, or across the fleet.

Ensures compliance with unions and local privacy laws by limiting video capture in restricted zones like union yards, military bases, states, and even private facilities.

The geofence rules can be reliably enforced without LTE connectivity. There are two core behaviors to choose from when, building your simple automation. Full camera off, so when you’re inside the geofence, the camera stops recording entirely, which also suppresses all camera events. Or driver facing camera off. So inside the geofence, only the driver facing camera stops, suppressing only driver facing events. You can also specify what event detection you want suppressed inside the geofence for more configurability.

This feature enhances driver acceptance and satisfaction by automatically allowing location specific privacy without requiring the use of the lens cover.

Configuring geofence location allows you to support compliance with unions, private facilities, and local privacy laws by limiting video capture in restricted zones like I mentioned, disable specific safety event detection without relying on LTE connectivity to avoid driver frustration from unnecessary alerts, and removes operational burden from managers who currently have to manually dismiss safety events that unfairly affect driver scores or literally reporting. This feature will be available by mid October in the Motive dashboard and fleet app. Managers will be able to apply to existing or new geofences via the geofences admin view within the Motive dashboard, and you can configure, the automation in the automations, navigation option within the geofence drop down.

Now let’s move to fleet management.

I’m gonna walk you through an enhancement, which we recently launched to update our fleet management experience. But first, let’s look at some of the issues that you tell us that you’ve been struggling with that this feature addresses.

We know time matters when it comes to investigations. Identifying and accessing accessing the right footage should be easy and intuitive. That is why we unified the incident investigation experience to quickly find and request camera footage.

Video recall is now embedded directly in the vehicle history page timeline, replacing the stand alone model for this workflow.

Managers can request standard high definition five to sixty minutes time lapse and full day time lapse video without switching context with a richer and more interactive experience for identifying and capturing the exact footage you need.

The time lapse will contain trip images captured at one frame per ten seconds, and you’ll easily be able to scrub through the images quickly to identify the start in time of the incident of interest and then automatically request a video recall for that specific clip in one place.

In the embedded timeline view, your recall section loads inline in the vehicle history page in no separate modal to open. It’s available in both the full day view and the individual driving period view. And with the interactive camera timeline and scrubber, the vertical scrubber syncs across all camera rows simultaneously and dynamically updates the time stamp, address, speed, video type options, and request button state.

A request, and with smart request controls, a request button only activates when the full selected duration is within an available window, and the video type and duration options are dynamic, reflecting what is supported at the selected time stamp.

With embedded video recall, you can benefit from faster investigation saving time, allowing you to recall video directly from the timeline you already work in with no modal and no context switch, make better recall decisions. So the live map timeline sync and dynamic trip images help pinpoint exactly what footage is needed before requesting, and you have fewer wasted recalls. So that full day time lapse lets managers find the exact moment first. The feature is available now in the motor dashboard, so you can go to your fleet view vehicle’s history page to experience it.

And now I’ll turn it over to Felix to share some updates on equipment monitoring.

Speaker 3
Awesome. Thanks so much, Todd. Hey, everyone. Great to see so many of you here. I’m Felix. I’m the product marketing lead on equipment monitoring and maintenance. I’ve got a lot of exciting updates to share from both of these product areas, so let’s dive into equipment monitoring first.

According to some industry studies, cargo theft losses reached a record $725,000,000 in The US alone, and that number is expected to rise again this year. Simultaneously, the chances of recovering trailers and those goods are pretty low with recovery rates well often below 30%. We know that many fleets operate more than just one type of asset, whether that’s trailers, heavy equipment, or even unpowered job site equipment. Whatever that asset looks like for you, theft is a very tangible problem that can erode your margins quickly, delay deliveries or projects, especially in high risk and high theft areas.

And that’s why we built the new theft and recovery workflow for your trailers, equipment, and unpowered assets using asset gateway mini. If you’re not already using one of our asset gateway minis, it’s essentially a ruggedized compact GPS tracker for all of your nonvehicle assets.

And so while your asset gateway mini is on battery power, it gets regular regularly scheduled location updates at 08:12, twelve twenty four, or forty eight hour intervals. And while this is great for your regular check ins, we know that if your assets go missing, the longer you wait, the lower the chance you have of recovering those assets.

So we’ve launched recovery mode and missing status. With these new features, if you think an asset is lost or even stolen, you can quickly mark the asset as missing and boost location tracking updates to every fifteen minutes for a set period of time. This is gonna help you maintain location visibility and increase the likelihood of recovering your stolen assets faster.

So how does this help you? First, you’re gonna get near real time recovery visibility even when the asset is unpowered and your asset gateway mini is operating on battery mode. This is gonna work on hidden or wire free asset gateways so you can keep an eye on the asset even if the power cable is cut.

Last, it’s gonna provide a clear operational signal, so a missing status is distinct from other assets or equipment that might just be in routine maintenance and marked as out of service.

Recovery mode and missing status is now live for all customers in The US, Canada, and Mexico.

Alright. Let’s switch over to maintenance. Hopefully, you’re all familiar with some of the key maintenance functions that can help you manage your fleet’s health, like our inspections product for DBIR compliance or preventative maintenance schedules and even fault code protections.

All of these are already included in your fleet management plan, but we have decided to invest heavily in the maintenance area and build an entirely new product on top of all these health insights. And we’re taking that to the next level, by making all of these health insights actionable, with new shop workflows and cost control features. So I’m really excited to share all the amazing new capabilities that the maintenance product has to offer now.

But before we jump in, let’s actually start with a quick poll. So you can navigate to the top right tab where it says poll, and let’s get this question started. How does your team currently track maintenance and health?

Do you use reactive alerts? Do you just respond when something breaks?

Do you schedule check ins at fixed intervals? Do you manually log things on spreadsheets, or maybe you just don’t track your fleet health? It’s not a top priority right now. Let us know what you are currently doing, and we’ll give you about thirty seconds to respond.

Alright. Seeing a lot of votes come in. Thank you.

Got another fifteen seconds or so.

Alright. Just a couple more trickle in.

Let’s get those last votes in. I’m seeing some in the comments here as well. Thank you, Christopher.

Alright. Pretty good participation rate. Thanks, everyone. Well, it looks like the number one response is scheduled check ins at fixed intervals. So looks like a lot of you have some form of a maintenance program already inset. The second top response was reactive alerts, so really responding when something breaks.

Great. Well, thank you for your responses. Let’s keep going.

And before we dive into the full details, another thing we wanted to share is we actually commissioned a study with FreightWaves earlier this year, and I wanna share just a couple of key stats that might resonate with you.

First one is on average, every single vehicle in a fleet loses almost nine days per year to unplanned downtime, and the cost of that unplanned downtime is anywhere from $450 to $760 per vehicle per day, which is pretty staggering.

In addition, because of fragmented systems that are creating digital data silos, we found that operators can spend as much as twenty hours per week on manual workflows like data entry and reconciliation across different platforms or tools.

Last stat here is that 67% of the respondents flagged that they have difficulty tracking the true cost of ownership due to these fragmented systems. And all of this, again, is caused by, you know, it pulling paper invoices, doing things manually, disjointed spreadsheets, or even juggling two, three, four systems to track all of your maintenance operations. And so all of this is why we built Motive Maintenance on top of our existing Motive platform. So let’s see what this is capable of.

Speaker 4
Breakdowns threaten your safety, productivity, and bottom line.

Introducing Motive Maintenance. Manage fleet and maintenance operations directly in the Motive platform. Prevent breakdowns with proactive diagnostics. Fix assets faster with AI powered work orders. Track inventory in real time, and protect margins with cost of ownership insights slash downtime and control cost at scale with Motive Maintenance.

Speaker 3
Alright. Thanks to our video team. I don’t know about you, but that got me very excited about maintenance. So let’s break down the details of all of our new maintenance features and how this new system actually works.

So first up is our AI powered fault codes. This is gonna translate complex DTCs or diagnostic trouble codes into plain language explanations. It’s gonna assign a severity level and actually recommend next steps using AI.

So when a fault code appears through your motor vehicle gateway or AI dashcam plus, we’re gonna turn those technical signals that are alphanumeric and just confusing into very actionable explanations so your team can act sooner and with more confidence and before your vehicle or asset becomes an expensive breakdown.

But we have more than just fault codes to worry about, don’t we? We’ve got drivers who are creating vehicle inspection reports through the Motive driver app. We also have service schedules that a lot of you guys are already using, that we have to manage. So we’ve got this new health insights tab or page that’s gonna combine defects identified by your drivers during pre and post driver inspections, your scheduled services based on time, mileage, or engine hours, and those AI powered fault code diagnostics in one list view broken down by the specific vehicle or asset. And it’s also gonna prioritize which assets need the most urgent attention so that your maintenance teams get a faster way to triage their day and focus energy on what matters most to them. All this is gonna be in a single view, and now you don’t have to hop between two or three different sources to track down all of these different issue types. It’s pretty awesome.

Alright. This next feature is where we take it all, take all of this fleet health input and start to make it really actionable. With the new work order management system built in Emotive, inspection defects, fault codes, service reminders, all these can be automatically converted into actionable work orders where you can start to track every maintenance or repair project end to end. So you can set these triggers up with our recently launched Motive automations feature to make sure every issue is tracked if you haven’t already checked that out.

And with every work order, you can assign a specific vehicle or an asset. You can assign this project to a shop. You can assign a technician. You can track each repair’s issues, different tasks, and costs, and really track the project status through completion.

This is gonna reduce your administrative coordination across different platforms, help you maintain faster repair execution, and provide a more complete service history.

But perhaps you leverage a lot of outside shops to repair your vehicles. You can still benefit from motive maintenance. With our new AI invoice scanning functionality, you can simply upload your invoices, and our AI is going to extract parts, labor, cost details, and it’s gonna add them to your work order record. So this is gonna save you a ton of time. It’s gonna reduce human errors and make outsource repairs really easy to track all from the Motive platform.

Alright. Conversely, perhaps you primarily use internal shops for repair or simple maintenance. You are probably aware of how difficult it is to manage parts and inventory, especially across multiple locations.

With Motive Maintenance now, you can actually track parts across your different shops with a parts catalog that is classified by the VMRS standard. And by uploading your parts list at each shop location, you’re gonna know in real time what’s on hand, where it is, and record costs more accurately. Motive is also gonna provide a simple way, to upload all of your inventory in bulk, so it’s gonna make, migrating this very easy.

Motive also connects us with your work orders, so parts are automatically deducted or signed from your inventory when work orders are in progress. And then you get full visibility when inventory is low. We’re gonna alert you with low inventory alerts that you can set up. So no longer will repair be delayed because parts are not available or you don’t know where they’re located.

Alright. Lot more coming your way. One of the easiest ways to overspend on maintenance is to pay for work that is already covered.

Warranty tracking is going to help your teams check coverage before a repair moves forward. So when a work order is open, Votive can flag relevant active warranties so that the team has information at the point of decision and not after you pay for that invoice. So this is gonna help you reduce unnecessary out of pocket spend, improve recovery, covered costs, and bring warranty information in the same workflow as the repair so that it’s a little bit more contextual.

Okay. We are almost there. I promise. This next feature is really where all of this data is actually gonna come together.

So this is this is really where, you know, rubber meets the road. In our experience, it’s it’s really rare that a fleet actually has a true understanding of their total operating costs. So, you know, you can’t really control maintenance spend if you only see isolated invoices across disparate platforms. So we’ve got a new cost dashboard that’s gonna bring together all of that repair, maintenance, and now fuel and your telematics to the data together into one place so your team can see where spend is going.

You can track, cost trends. You can compare different vehicles within your fleet, and you can get granular cost per mile insights. You can even do this by the VMRS parts, component and, by shop. And this visibility is going to ultimately help you make smarter capital decisions, budget more accurately, and improve long term profitability.

But it does not stop there. There’s a new replacement analysis function built within this cost control area that’s gonna help you identify when replacing an asset makes more financial sense than continuing to repair it. The replacement analysis is gonna look at the, vehicle’s cost history and identify what rising maintenance or repair costs and fuel costs begin to actually outweigh the value of keeping that asset in service based on its residual value. So this is gonna give you a data back signal for a repair versus a retired decision instead of relying on just age or mileage or time or just gut feeling and intuition.

Okay. I knew I I know I throw a lot of wretch you. So in summary, what does the new motive maintenance system actually do? First, it’s gonna help you minimize down time and keep vehicles and drivers safe with proactive diagnostics. The second thing we’re really focused on is improving productivity and giving time back to your teams with a unified fleet and now maintenance platform that is powered by a lot of AI driven automated workflows.

And the last thing is all about protecting margins. You know, we want you to take back control of your maintenance spend by getting true operating cost insights down to the vehicle or asset level.

This new maintenance plan is available to all customers in all markets.

And if you’re interested to learn more or wanna file, make sure you reach out to your account manager to learn more. And with that, I’m gonna hand it over to Kate who’s gonna cover workforce management.

Speaker 5
Hi, guys. How we doing?

Thank you, Felix. Really appreciate it. Today, I’m excited to share with you what’s new with workforce management. Workforce management is our AI powered solution for managing, engaging your workforce at scale all in one place. Today, we’re gonna walk through two new exciting features.

So if you manage driver files today, these probably sound familiar. Hours every month, checking expiration dates, and still worrying one slip through. DQ files eating up time you need for other priorities. And that nagging question, if the DOT showed up tomorrow, would we pass? The man the manual approach isn’t just tedious. It’s risky.

So the first feature we are introducing today is MVR continuous monitoring, building on the integrated motor vehicle records experience that we introduced last year.

You all know the challenge with annual MVR record pools. They’re a snapshot, a suspension, crash, or a new violation that lands between pools can go unnoticed for months, and that’s a risk no one wants to carry.

Integrated MVRs already lets you request and manage records directly from the Motive dashboard with MVRs filed automatically in the driver qualification record and alerts ahead of annual reviews. No separate DMV request, no third party portals, no spreadsheets. That means less time on administrative work. Continuous monitoring closes the gap between polls. Enroll a driver and motive notifies you if any new MVR activity is reported So you can review it alongside their qualification file and act early. It’s difference between finding out about a problem at your next annual pool and catching it as it happens. Together, this gives you one place to manage your manager to manage driver qualifications with less manual work and a more proactive way to stay ahead of your driver related risks.

Next is integrated training. We launched integrated training last year to centralize training in Motive, giving managers one place to educate their teams, monitor progress, and keep track, keep keep compliance on track. Now we’ve expanded it with the Motive provided library of microlearning modules built around nine core safety behaviors, like seat belt usage and speeding. Each lesson is under five minutes, mobile first, and walks drivers through the risks and the safe driving techniques to correct it with a built in quiz to confirm, comprehension. Drivers complete them in the driver app, and every completion is tracked for an audit ready record.

You can also set up automations using prebuilt templates. Once configured, they run on their own. When a safety issue or knowledge gap appears, the right lesson is assigned automatically without a manager having to step in.

Together, these help you build a safer, more qualified workforce with less effort. Both are included with workforce management alongside AI coach, driver rewards, and more.

Now let’s shift to spend management and some big news for Canadian fleets and cross border operations.

Here’s the reality for most Canadian fleets today. Fuel cards are typically tied to a single brand or network, so a card that works at one station gets rejected the next.

To make sure drivers can fuel up and still access discounts, fleets end up issuing four or five different cards per vehicle. That’s four or five statements, four or five sets of controls, and four or and or five places for spend to hide.

That frag fragmentation shows up in three ways. First, the monthly end grind, hours matching receipts to transactions across merchant portals, PDF statements, and spreadsheets. Second is fragmented data, purchases scattered across cards and networks so no one can answer where costs are rising or where they are savings.

And third, weak spend controls. No real limits. No way to catch an off policy purchase until a statement arrives and fraud slips through unnoticed. The result is money leaking out of the business and back office teams too buried in manual work to stop it.

That’s why we’re excited to share that Motive Card is now available in Canada. It runs on Mastercard, so it works at virtually any fuel station in Canada plus maintenance shops, part suppliers, hotels, and other business vendors. One card for fuel and nonfuel spend integrated directly with the Motive platform you already run on, and it comes with 3¢ off per liter at all fuel stops and 1% back on nonfuel spend.

Three things this delivers, cross border savings. For fleets running into The US, up to 20¢ off per gallon off diesel at 38,000 locations and no foreign exchange fees on US transactions.

The second is automated spend policies. Set controls by merchant category, transaction types, amount, or timing, and turn cards on or off instantly. AI powered fraud detection flags potential misuse, so you don’t have to hunt for it.

Third is faster and month end close. Every transaction flows into the Motive dashboard with receipt automation, group level reporting, and automated IFTA reporting. Finance closes the books faster and operation sees what each val a vehicle cost to run. That’s the motive card in Canada. One card, one platform, and a clear view of the business.

Thanks, everyone. I’m gonna hand it over to Ling.

Speaker 1
Alright. What awesome roundup. Thank you so much to the whole team for taking us through all the content. Hopefully, you guys are still with us, and we’re getting towards the end here. So as a reminder, check out that docs tab in Goldcast to access additional resources.

And you can click that get started blue button at the top of the screen if you’d like to request a one on one follow-up from our team.

Alright. And then with that, let’s jump into our questions.

I’d to invite all of our speakers on stage for this portion.

Alright. Questions are coming in.

One sec.

Alright. A lot of great questions. Alright.

So we will get started. How much alright.

I believe this first question is from Julia Williams. This is really for AI OmniCam live streaming. Question is, how much live view time is available fleet wide?

Speaker 2
I can take that. Every hopefully, everybody can hear me. My technical difficulties are done.

So each vehicle includes ten minutes of the live streaming per month, and it’s for each connected AI Omnicam. So that is to be shared between all the cameras installed on that vehicle, if that makes sense.

So each each camera has that ten minutes a month allotment, so it’s per vehicle.

Speaker 1
Alright. That makes sense. Thank you, Todd.

And then next question around AI powered passenger detection. Will the detection rely on submission of photos of only approved passengers?

And then how will it filter and flag automatically?

Speaker 2
Yeah. So how that works is it is configurable. I did mention that we do have default settings. So, essentially, if it it’s not going based off of preapproved passengers or photo profiles that you upload in the system. It’s based off of just an additional person that is not the driver, because, obviously, we we have the driver profiles loaded for your vehicles. That is part of our, you know, one of our features.

So essentially, it’s set it’s like, if any if the vehicle is going more than five miles per hour and there’s a person detected for longer than three seconds, then that’s when it’s automatically, that’s when that alert automatically goes off, and those thresholds are configurable. That’s just what we set as default. So that way when they’re in staging, you know, or inspections, you’re not getting, you know, unauthorized passenger alerts.

Speaker 1
Great. Thank you, Todd. And another driver safety question. So with the new voice alerts, where drivers receive a voice message for a positive driving behavior event?

Speaker 2
Is that a general question for specific to one of the features?

Speaker 1
I yeah. It yeah. That that was from Daniel. So, yeah, Daniel, we would like to add additional context. But, yeah, just, like, generally, we can speak to it generally, Todd.

Speaker 2
Yeah. So for our positive driving, yeah. So there will be there will be, in cab alerts, specifically for the safe distancing, and and, and driver awareness. So, I think that’s what you’re asking.

Ling, I might be like, on the phone.

Yeah. So there are no in cab alerts for positive driving, but positive driving, like safe distancing and alert driving, they are automatically flagged to the manager. So the manager will see it. It’s included in the coaching sessions, and then the driver will also see the video if enabled, like, in their driver app when they’re self coaching.

But currently, no active in in cab alerts.

Alright. Let’s see.

From Julia, my video request dashboard has not updated. Is that only for the new AI cameras?

Todd, I believe this is, regarding AI OmniCam live streaming.

Speaker 2
Is not updated. It’s not on the AICam.

Speaker 1
It’s Oh, sorry. It’s not the live streaming. It’s the, video request along the, the trip, the mode dashboard trip view.

Speaker 2
Yeah. So you it’ll be updated. So if you have a MoneCam, so when this is released, it will be viewable. That experience, will be viewable.

Speaker 1
Great.

Alright. And then for the event suppression in geofence areas, is it required to also shut off one of the cameras, or can you just suppress specific events?

This one’s for you too, Todd.

Speaker 2
Yep. I’m pulling up here. So yeah. So there’s two options. So you can disable the camera or keep camera on and disable event detection.

So just to give you a little bit more context for disable camera, the admin chooses either the driver facing camera only for driver privacy or both the driver facing and road facing camera. So disabling a camera also disables event detection for that camera. Turning off the driver facing camera turns off driver facing events. The camera’s LED goes dark so the driver can see the recording has stopped.

If both cameras are disabled, collision detection is also disabled, and the dashboard makes that explicit when the rule is created.

And then I think also just to double click, if you wanna keep the camera on and disable that event detection, the manager can select the specific event types to stop the texting to stop detecting or all of them. So, collision is excluded and cannot be disabled this way. So disabling an event also suppresses, it’s sending tab alert to the driver. So this action can also be combined with a camera rule.

So, for example, you wanna disable the driver facing camera and stop sign detection. So there is there is ample amount of configurability there.

Speaker 1
Awesome. Love to hear about the flexibility there.

Alright. Another one for you, Todd. Is there an option to go image by image through the time lapse video images?

Speaker 2
Yes. So on the on the full day, you can do it by that duration that I shared, which is about five to sixty minutes, or then you get, an image on each, of that time lapse at the start of a ten minute increment, but you can also go image by image if you want. We we kind of made it a little bit more efficient, so that way you get kind of the core snapshot at the very beginning so you have kind of a good spacing. But there is an option to go, like, image by image if you want to.

Speaker 1
Great. I’m a pass it over to Felix with a maintenance question.

So on the maintenance module section, do you have any API integrations with any vendors for uploading invoices and services done? For example, Jiffy Lube for routine oil, coolant, and transmission fluids.

Speaker 3
Yeah. That’s a great question, David. Thanks for that. At this moment, we don’t have a direct API integration with, Jiffy Lube or any of these vendors. We are working on API integrations, so more to come there.

However, we are going to quickly launch an ability for you to upload all of your invoices in bulk. So stay tuned for that. So if you’ve got a ton of invoices, you can actually upload all of them at the same time, and you can quickly sort through that and parse through that within the Motive platform.

Hopefully, that answers your question. Thanks.

Speaker 1
Yeah. Similar question. Like, what about, like, third party? Like, we use enterprise. How do we bring it into the Motive system?

Speaker 3
Yeah. I think that’s related to the API question. Again, we’re working on something to make sure we can, extract some API endpoints so that you can, use this with other parties, but more to come there. So nothing available at this moment.

Speaker 1
And then there was a question around, is this for yellow iron equipment as well or just over the road vehicles?

Speaker 3
Yeah. It’s a great question, Todd. Thanks for that, actually. This is available for both Yellow Iron heavy equipment and OTR vehicles. I will just call out there are a few limitations when it comes to Yellow Iron, but when it comes to tracking expenses or work orders or inventory, all of that can apply to either vehicle or asset.

Speaker 1
Perfect. Alright. And a question for you, Kate, for MVRs. So will there be an option to run an initial MVR for a potential new hire? And what will happen if they do not end up completing the hiring process?

Speaker 5
That is a great question. I would what I’ll say is continuous MVRs are just the beginning. We’re thinking through qualifications holistically across the board from prehire, onboarding, things like that. So more to come on that soon.

Speaker 1
Awesome. And, also, like, future looking, is Motive planning to add further capabilities into random testing, CTPA, MRO integrated solutions as well for MVRs?

Speaker 5
Yes. Similar response. A lot more of exciting things coming in the qualifications world very soon. So by the next showcase, we’ll have a lot more to share there.

Speaker 1
Great. I see some questions around cost and what subscriptions these are available. So for any pricing questions, do reach out to your AE or AM, and they’re happy to help you there.

Okay. And then, I will say there are some some questions around pricing for MVRs.

What I will say is you do get do get one MVR pull per year per driver, including your subscription, And that’s no matter how you do it, whether it’s an annual pool, it’s a one off, or if it’s part of a continuous monitoring pool. So a lot of incremental value there. But, again, do talk to your sales rep, but that’s built into the overall subscription price.

Speaker 1
Great. Alright. Question around driver safety. So I run multiple classes of vehicles in my fleet. Is there a way to adjust the algorithm for the different vehicles?

For example, the following distance of a SUV isn’t the same as one for a 40 foot bus.

So this seems like a general question around, like, event customization and customization in CapAlert. So the answer is yes. You can adjust.

We’ll make it really if flexible, it’ll be really easy for you in your settings by unsafe behavior detection to adjust, like, the time to hit, like, what speed you’re going to in order to, like, trigger, like, specific events. Like, I upload it in upload to the dashboard or to trigger in cab alerts to get that real time coaching for your driver and the vehicle. So, yes, everything is configurable.

Okay. And then question, what may trigger alerts in the cabin and the vehicle without showing up on the safety dashboard?

I guess, Todd, would you like to talk about, like, the driver privacy, like, AI on here?

Because I think this could be a

Speaker 2
What major alerts on the

Yeah. So we have options if you wanna configure, within, the settings. So we have several driver privacy mode, configurability, as Ling mentioned. So you can you can suppress certain events, if you want the camera completely off. We also offer a feature that we released a couple months ago called driver privacy mode AI on, which will ensure privacy of the driver. So the camera’s off, but our AI capabilities are still running, which allows you to choose the events that you wanna pay attention to. Because I think that’s what you’re asking.

Speaker 1
Yeah. So as an example, like, if you we don’t wanna capture, like, in cab footage of the driver, then you could keep the in cab video off, but it would still capture, like, say, like, a cell phone usage event. And then that cell phone usage event gets uploaded for coaching, but it will omit, like, the actual video of the driver using the cell phone. But it still allows the manager to coach on that event.

Okay.

There’s a question around cellular coverage and what satellite providers or satellite networks we currently use for GPS tracking and communications.

I we can definitely get back to you on this one. I know, primarily, we are on AT and T, but we do offer, like, connections to, like, other networks as well through our, like, core dual SIM functionality on both the AI dash cam plus.

Alright. Question. Why does the add invoice feature come and go?

Sometimes it it’s an option in the work orders or scheduled services, and sometimes it is not. So sounds like this is a maintenance question for you, Felix.

Speaker 3
Sorry. Can you clarify the question just one more time? Unable to find it in the q and a.

Speaker 1
Yeah. The question from Scott is, why is the add invoice feature come and go? Sometimes it’s an option in the work orders or scheduled services, and sometimes it’s not.

Speaker 3
I see. So I’m assuming you’re already in trial. It is a specific step within management flow. So once a work order is created, you do have the option to add an invoice. And once you do upload an invoice, I believe it takes you to the next step. So that’s probably why the CTA or the button is no longer there.

Hopefully, that answers your question.

Speaker 1
Great. And then another maintenance question. Is there a way to import Excel spreadsheets into the maintenance product?

Speaker 3
Yes. There is a way. So for I’m assuming this is for inventory, for example. So we actually do provide the option to bulk in, bulk upload your inventory, using one of our standardized templates, and you can just upload your Excel spreadsheet, and it’ll automatically import all of that information directly.

Speaker 1
Great. Thank you. And then question around, mode card, for you, Kate. So what about discounts for US trucks going into Canada and fuel prices and discount costs? Will those be available as well?

Speaker 5
What about discounts for so what about discounts for US trucks going into Canada and fuel prices? You know what?

That is a good question.

Kayla, if you don’t mind, I’m gonna I’m gonna circle back with you. I know we have great discounts in The US and Canada, but I just wanna make sure I get the correct answer for you because I know we’ve we built out a huge network there for both.

Speaker 1
Great.

Let’s see. Oh, a few more maintenance questions, actually. So alright. Back to you, Felix.

Does fleet management integrate with rental companies on maintenance, or will it have to be added manually?

Speaker 3
I’m not sure exactly what the question is if fleet management plan is gonna integrate with, rental companies for maintenance.

I believe this could be solved through APIs as well, but we don’t have any direct, integrations with rental companies at this time.

But if you are looking to surface work order information and all that, that that will be coming at a later time.

Speaker 1
Great. And then in the new maintenance program, in the mode, in the health section so once you update the documents in the document section, do we have to go into the maintenance health section and update as well, or does it update automatically?

Speaker 3
Yeah. So right now, the document upload is built within the maintenance hub. So if you are uploading, an invoice or parts and inventory, that should be done through the maintenance hub and not through the documents hub.

Speaker 1
Great. Thank you.

I’m just seeing if there’s any more.

Okay. Alright. We’re gonna wrap it up with, two questions around the geofence and privacy, suppression feature. So within geofence zones, when units are moved without a driver, is there a way for AI to flip it to a yard move instead of an unidentified trip?

Speaker 2
Yeah. Baha, if you wanna come on stage, I think you might be able to answer this one.

Speaker 6
Sorry, Lynn. Can you repeat the question again? Was this a Geofence suppression or or leak? I don’t know. Unidentified trips question.

Speaker 1
So the question was within geofence zones, when units are moved without a driver, is there a way for the AI to flip it to a yard move instead of, an unidentified trip?

Speaker 6
Yeah. I think that’s a core geofence question. I’m a have to look into it a little bit more and get back to you guys.

Speaker 1
And then this might be a core geofence question too. Is there a way to track idling or nonmoving status in any nongeofenced area, preferably by group and not through defined risk zones.

Speaker 6
Sorry. One more one more time?

Speaker 2
I Ling, I can assist with that. So, yeah, I think you’re just saying to track idling or nonmoving status in any non geo fence. Right? So just in general. Yeah. Not to define risk zone. So, yeah, we do offer idling and and fuel usage coaching for, like, unproductive or productive idling.

So that is offered as part of our fleet management product pillar.

So that that is available. That’s not associated with our geofence privacy settings, but, yeah, we do offer the idling coaching.

Speaker 1
Great. Alright. So, yeah, thank you all for the awesome questions.

The recording will be sent out after, the webinar. But, yeah, we wanted to thank everyone again for your high engagement throughout the presentation.

And, yeah. So thank you, as always, for your continued partnership. Really hope you enjoy the rest of your week, and we’ll see you at the next quarter’s update.
