Eligible carriers can get a free AI Dashcam and extra earnings with Amazon Relay safety rewards.^*

To earn rewards, your company must haul Amazon Relay loads with an eligible dash cam turned on and uncovered, keep in-cab alerts on, and maintain a collision-free record. You must have hauled at least one load in the last year.

Your company will receive extra payments every month for all miles driven with Relay that meet the program’s eligibility conditions – this includes hauling collision-free with eligible dash cams.

Payment won’t show up on your Payments page with Relay — they’ll be sent directly to your company’s bank account. There will be a note indicating that it’s for Relay safety rewards.

Payments are made based on miles in a calendar month for the previous calendar month. You’ll receive a payout for every 10,000 miles hauled. Any miles left over will carry forward to the next month.

For example, if you enroll in the program on June 10 and haul 11,000 collision-free miles during the June calendar month, then you’ll receive per-mile rewards on the first 10,000 miles. The remaining 1,000 miles will carry over to your July balance. In July, if you haul 15,000 miles, we’ll combine this with your 1,000-mile balance to get to a total of 16,000 miles. You’ll receive per-mile rewards for 10,000 miles, and 6,000 miles will carry over to August. In August, if you haul 14,000 miles, that brings your total to 20,000 (14,000 plus the 6,000 that carried over). You’ll receive per-mile rewards for the full 20,000 miles.

Your Relay safety rewards will start the day you enroll into the program. Miles start building toward the 242 mileage tiers right away for that calendar month. If you enroll in the program mid-month, you’re still 243 eligible for a payout that month – as long as you reach 10,000 miles.

What are the Relay safety rewards tiers and payout amounts?

• Your first 50,000 miles will receive $0.01 extra per collision-free mile
• Miles 50,001-200,000 will receive $0.02 extra per collision-free mile
• Miles 200,001-300,000 will receive $0.03 extra per collision-free mile
• Miles 300,001-400,000 will receive $0.04 extra per collision-free mile

For example, if your company hauls 100,000 miles on each of your two tractors (200,000 miles total), you’ll earn $3,500 ($0.01 for the first 50,000 miles = $500, $0.02 per mile for the next 150,000 miles = $3,000).
