AI Dashcam Plus detects and records events like mobile phone use, close following, forward collision warnings, unsafe lane changes, stop‑sign violations, seat belt violations, and speeding over the posted limit, with additional behaviours added as we train more AI models. These events trigger video uploads and alerts so managers can investigate and coach drivers effectively.
Do I still need a Vehicle Gateway with the AI Dashcam Plus?
No. The AI Dashcam Plus replaces the need for a separate Vehicle Gateway, eliminating extra cabling and reducing installation time. It combines Driver Safety and Tracking & Telematics features into one unified device.
How does installation work and how long does it take?
AI Dashcam Plus can typically be installed in under 15 minutes. The device mounts to the windshield and connects to the vehicle with a single cable. This reduces downtime and makes fleet-wide rollouts much easier.
