Development

Through quarterly mentorship meetups, you can meet various leaders within the company and take your career development into your own hands. We host regular fireside chats and speaker panels on important topics like mental health, the art of negotiation, handling adversity, and unique career experiences.
Our leaders play a critical role in setting the tone and culture at Motive. That’s why we offer a leadership academy and inclusive training to ensure that leaders are unlocking the potential of every teammate. These trainings cover topics such as communicating across differences, building trust, mitigating bias, and more.
Engagement
To improve representation on our teams, we host and sponsor recruiting events focused on underrepresented communities. While some of our employees are more effective working remotely, we recognise that others may be more productive and collaborative in-office. Therefore, team members have the option to work on-site at any of our ten global office locations.

Remote
The majority of our team works remotely. If you choose to work from home full-time, you aren’t expected to come into the office. You’ll receive not only our competitive employee perks and benefits but also a WFH stipend to set you up for success.
Hybrid
Looking for the best of both worlds? Our hybrid option is great for team members based in close proximity to one of our global offices. This option allows you to take advantage of our modern workspaces a few days a week, depending on your personal schedule.
In-office
We currently have offices in San Francisco, Nashville, Buffalo, Vancouver, Taipei, Lahore, Islamabad, Bengaluru, Mexico, and London. Employees who work on-site can enjoy free snacks, their own personal workspace, conference rooms for team meetings, games, and face-to-face collaboration.
