Engage the team and make safety a shared priority<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>A successful rollout requires getting everyone involved. Here\u2019s my advice for a smooth dashcam rollout, based on personal experience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-1-address-concerns-at-every-level\">1. Address concerns at every level<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>We engaged drivers, managers and leadership in discussions to explain the why behind AI dashcams.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Various management team members were assigned to share the message and encourage open dialogue.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Drivers felt heard and involved in the process, which helped ease concerns.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-2-reinforce-safety-as-a-core-value\">2. Reinforce safety as a core value<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Many fleets already prioritise safety. Build a culture of continuous improvement<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>A well-structured programme drives long-term success.
