More to the point, it can feel like you\u2019re not trusted to do what you\u2019ve already proven you do well.The landscape we\u2019re all operating in has changed. Roads are busier. Claims are more complex. And when something goes wrong, the burden of proof often falls squarely on the shoulders of the lorry driver, regardless of who was actually at fault.
