The&nbsp; monthly fee will also apply to a card that was activated and assigned, but deactivated during the respective month.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Note: Motive may, in its sole discretion, modify existing fees or introduce additional fees from time to time, including but not limited to foreign exchange (FX) adjustments and expedited card shipping fees. Motive will provide at least thirty (30) days&#8217; prior written notice of any such changes.
