        This is a corporate charge card, meaning the total invoiced balance is due in full at the end of each billing cycle and cannot be paid over time.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

        Motive Card is more than a fuel card \u2014 you can enable it for maintenance and repairs, lodging, fuel station store purchases, and other authorized business expenses, based on the spend controls you choose to set.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

        Yes. You can use your Motive Card anywhere Mastercard is accepted, including in North America and U.S territories, subject to your account configuration and spend controls. If you run cross-border routes, our team can help you confirm how international usage and billing will work for your Canadian fleet. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

        How does Motive Card pricing work, and are there any fees I should know about?<\/h6>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

        Motive Card has no hidden fees\u2014you pay $0 in hidden fees. For Canadian customers, pricing includes clearly disclosed per-active card fee, and late fees if an invoice is not paid on time. Any applicable fees will be outlined in your agreement and shown on your statements.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

        What information do I need to provide to complete an application for a Motive Card?<\/h6>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

        We will need a few details about your company\u2019s spending needs and business demographic information:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        • Your company name, address, phone, email, ownership structure, and company revenue.<\/li>\n\n\n\n

        • Banking information: digitally connecting your business bank account via Plaid\u2122 or three consecutive months of business bank statements in pdf.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Additional documents as requested: you may be asked for up to two years of audited or compiled financial statements including balance sheets, income statements, statements of cash flow, and debt schedule.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

          If your application is declined, you\u2019ll automatically be notified via email with the specific reason(s) why we were unable to approve your application. You can reapply for the Motive Card in 3 months\u2019 time.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

          Our integration with Plaid\u2122 simplifies the number of financial documents we request and enables us to make a faster decision on your Motive Card application. Plaid\u2122  instantly authenticates you, connects your account securely, and saves you time looking for or downloading bank statements.  A linked account is also required to use your Motive Card: we will use it to automatically withdraw the amount you owe for purchases made at the end of each billing cycle using ACH.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
